Shipping and Delivery

Free shipping is available for all orders above INR 1500. For orders below INR 1500, a delivery fee will be charged, calculated at checkout based on your location. COD is currently unavailable but we will be introducing it soon.

Standard Shipping:

All products are delivered within 5-7 working days.  During SALE, shipping time is longer than usual and will take upto 7-10 working days for delivery. No cancellation/exchange/return on sale items.

Express Shipping:

We also provide the option of 1 day shipping in Chennai only. For urgent shipping in other cities please contact us. We do provide a 2-3 day shipping option for metro cities. For all express orders, a fee of INR 300 is charged. Express shipping is not applicable on customisation and international orders. International Shipping:

International shipping charges are currently not calculated at checkout. Customers can contact us on our support number for shipping and delivery details, and our team will assist you with the process. Any custom duties, taxes, or additional charges will be borne by the customer. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
