Returns & Cancellation Policy
Incase you would like to return a product, you can either exchange it for anything else in our catalog or take store credit for the same. You can return an item within 7 days of receiving the product.
Incase of exchange, once we receive the return, we will dispatch the new piece to you upon approval.
Incase of store credit, once we receive the return we will process store credit of the order amount to you. The entire amount of the product (excluding shipping cost) will be given as store credit. The credit is valid for 6 months applicable for online & offline purchase (directly from us).
We do not accept returns/exchange on made to order pieces & customised pieces.
No returns/exchange on SALE items and international orders.
Your item must be unused & in the same condition as received. Exchange will be approved only after a quality check has been done on the returned products.
The customer has to courier the returnable items to our address. The customer has to bear the shipping cost of returning the items. Send all returns to:

Cancellation is only possible before an order is processed from our end. Once an order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel the order. For cancellation please email info@weavesandthreads.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Store credit will be provided against cancellation of an order.
There is no cancellation, exchange or refund possible for any products on sale.
